Terms of Service

By accessing and using Taskgati ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These Terms apply to all users, including: • Business owners and administrators • Managers and supervisors • Employees being monitored • White label reseller partners • Trial users and paying customers WappBlaster reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Taskgati provides employee monitoring, task management, time tracking, and productivity analytics software as a service (SaaS). Our Service includes: • Real-time activity monitoring and screenshots • Task and project management tools • Time tracking and attendance monitoring • Productivity analytics and reports • API access and integrations • White label reseller program • Cloud-based and on-premise deployment options We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.

As a user of Taskgati, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Obtain proper consent from employees before monitoring • Inform employees about monitoring practices • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service • Not share your account with unauthorized users • Not use the Service to harm, harass, or spy on individuals illegally • Pay all applicable fees on time Account administrators are responsible for all activities under their account.

You may NOT use Taskgati to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Monitor individuals without their knowledge (where prohibited by law) • Collect data for illegal surveillance purposes • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code • Interfere with the Service's operation • Access other users' data without authorization • Resell or redistribute the Service without partnership agreement • Use the Service for competitive analysis of WappBlaster products Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Payment terms for Taskgati subscriptions: • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance • Prices are listed in INR or USD depending on your location • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice • Unpaid accounts may be suspended after grace period • Taxes are calculated based on your billing location For reseller partners, separate wholesale pricing and payment terms apply as per partnership agreement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement: • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations • We may terminate accounts for non-payment after grace period • We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days' notice Upon termination: • Access to the Service will be revoked • Your data will be retained for 30 days for download • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time • You must stop using any downloaded software immediately

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • You are responsible for backing up your data • We are not liable for employment disputes arising from monitoring Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
